SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
As always, we pay the shipping both ways. We can do this due to a special agreement with United Parcel Service. NOTE: You must use the preprinted labels, when you run out please call us and we will order you more. |
3 EASY STEPS
NORMAL SHIPPING |

Write your name and address on a pre-printed UPS "Weigh Bill." |
2. |
If you don't put 1 in the weight box they charge us for 5 pounds. |
3. |
Sign and date label.
Peel off the label and stick it onto the box and call UPS at 800 742-5877 for pickup.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL OVERNIGHT, SATURDAY PICKUP AND INSURANCE |

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING |

You will need to call UPS and have a Next Day Air weigh bill sent with driver for pickup. The labels provided are Second Day Air only. Ask for the type of service you wish.
Next Day by 8:30 A.M.
Please write "SENT NEXT DAY AIR EARLY AM" on the lab slip. If you wish overnight return write, "RETURN NEXT DAY AIREARLY AM " on the lab slip. This will guarantee arrival by 8:30 A.M. |

Next Day Air by 10:30 A.M.
Please write "SENT NEXT DAY AIR" on the lab slip. If you wish overnight return write, "RETURN NEXT DAY AIR" on the lab slip. This will guarantee arrival by 10:30 A.M.
